The First Journal Stickers I Made Were For Places — Like New York City!

I do most of my journaling while traveling, or right after I have read a good book—another form of Travel.

I don’t always have a train ticket, museum ticket, or something tangible I want to paste into my journal, so I started making stickers.

I wanted wants that could be dual purpose— something that represented the place in a scenic way, and would work in a toy passport as a record of where I went on the trip. (That’s a long winded way of saying it can be easy to forget all the amazing places we have been!)

My skills with sticker design and AI have definitely improved since I first started.

In addition to continuing to make these for myself, and friends and family I am going back and making designs for some places I went on family trips as a kid, hoping it will motivate me to write down some treasured childhood memories.
