This was another time where I took the prompt through a series of tweaks, trying to figure out both what I wanted, and how to get something that fit my mood. I realized I was looking for a seasonal doodle that kept my love of mandalas, but captured the colors I associate with getting ready for the holidays.
The designs with backgrounds, ornaments and such were more than I found myself wanting… which is a shame as those mandalas were really impressive.
